1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Worth Works Pro (“Platform”), you (“Applicant”) agree to the terms outlined in this Access Agreement Statement. This agreement governs the submission of personal and professional information, including but not limited to your name, email address, preferred total compensation, and uploaded resume.
By submitting this information, you affirm that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
You understand that Worth Works Pro is not an employer, and submission of your information does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring.
2. Compliance with U.S. Federal and State Laws
Worth Works Pro operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) – Prohibits discrimination in employment-related processes based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) – Ensures that if employers conduct background checks, they must obtain your consent and provide you with a copy of the report if an adverse decision is made based on its findings.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – Requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants with disabilities.
Employers using the Platform are expected to comply with these regulations when reviewing applicant information, but Worth Works Pro is not responsible for employer actions or hiring decisions.
3. Information Submission & Disclaimer of Liability
a. Accuracy of Information: You acknowledge that Worth Works Pro does not verify, edit, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information you provide. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details, including your resume, are accurate, lawful, and do not misrepresent your qualifications.
b. Employer Use of Information: Once submitted, your information may be shared with participating employers seeking candidates for relevant positions. Worth Works Pro is not responsible for how employers use, review, or assess your application materials.
c. No Liability for Misuse or Employer Actions: Worth Works Pro shall not be held liable for any disputes, employment decisions, or adverse actions taken by any employer based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee confidentiality, employment, interview requests, or job offers.
d. Resume & Data Storage: Your submitted resume and personal details will be stored in our database and shared only with employers who meet your total compensation preference and other relevant criteria. You may request to update or remove your information at any time.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
a. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of online data storage and transmission. By using this Platform, you accept these inherent risks.
b. If you request deletion of your information, it will be removed from our active database within a reasonable timeframe. However, copies may remain in backup archives for compliance with legal obligations.
5. Indemnification & Legal Protection
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worth Works Pro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide.
Any employment decisions, rejections, or disputes resulting from your job application submissions.
Any misuse of your resume or personal details by employers.
Any claims that Worth Works Pro is responsible for employment-related matters, including but not limited to background checks, hiring, compensation, or workplace issues.
6. Changes to Agreement
Worth Works Pro reserves the right to update or amend this agreement at any time to remain compliant with U.S. federal and state laws. Any updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
